Pre-Apprenticeship Program

Our pre-apprenticeship program is a training initiative designed to prepare individuals for entry into a formal apprenticeship program or direct employment in a specific industry or trade.

These programs typically offer a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training to equip participants with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen field. The programs often focus on introducing participants to the basics of the trade or industry,
providing instruction in technical skills, safety protocols, and job readiness skills such as communication, teamwork, and professionalism.

The duration of pre-apprenticeship programs varies but typically ranges from a few weeks to several months, depending on the complexity of the trade and the program’s curriculum.

Participants in pre-apprenticeship programs will also receive support services such as career counseling, job placement assistance, and access to resources for further education and training.

The Apprenticeship programs education are typically sponsored by employers, industry associations, or labor unions and provide participants with opportunities to earn a wage while learning and working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The duration of apprenticeship programs varies depending on the trade and industry requirements but typically lasts two to five years. During this time, apprentices receive progressive wage increases as they gain experience and proficiency in their chosen field.

Our Apprenticeship programs involve a structured curriculum covering theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to the trade. Apprentices attend classroom instruction either at a training center or through online courses, in addition to completing on-the-job training with their employer.

Upon successful completion of an apprenticeship program, apprentices receive a nationally
recognized credential or journeyman’s certificate, indicating that they have met the requirements to work independently in their chosen trade.
