PHILLY-TECH created a special orientation program for youth fifteen and older. This orientation program is designed to expose the youth to different fields  of professions and careers. Students will take the basic and pre-apprentice workshops classes in different trades. The PV-TOP duration is 8 to 12 twelve weeks in class and in shop teaching where the students learn about the materials, the tools, equipment and practical skills in:

• Aviation;
• Construction;
• Computer HardWare and Software Technologies;
• Entrepreneurship and Innovation;
• Leadership Development;
• Manufacture Technologies;
• Health Care and Economic;

Additional fields can be available depending on the enrollment of the workshops.
